NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the next ordinary meeting of the Parish Council is to be held on: Thursday 22 February 2024 commencing with the Public Forum at 7:30pm in the Theddlethorpe Village Hall, Silver Street. Parish Councillors are hereby summoned to attend.

Public Forum – An opportunity for members of the public to address the Parish Council or make representations about items on the agenda; priority is given to queries communicated in advance to the Clerk. Members of the public are welcome to stay for the whole meeting but will only be permitted to speak during the meeting with the approval of the Chair. District & County Councillor Reports will be received at the conclusion of the Public Forum.

8. Financial Matters
i) To note updated accounts for 2023/24, including contractual payments
ii) To consider consolidating the NS&I account into the Lloyds Savings account
iii) To resolve payments accordingly:
(1) LALC basic subscription £252.42 (no VAT) will be paid on/after 1 April
(2) Reimbursement to Cllr Crookes for bench repairs £71.40 (VAT TBC)
9. Planning Matters
To note the refusal of Application Number N/180/02247/23- Planning Permission - Erection of 2 no. detached dwellings including the construction of a new vehicular access on site of an existing agricultural building which is to be demolished.
