NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the next ordinary meeting of the Parish Council is to be held on: Thursday 26 September 2024 commencing with the Public Forum at 7:30pm in the Theddlethorpe Village Hall, Silver Street. Parish Councillors are hereby summoned to attend.
AGENDA
Public Forum – An opportunity for members of the public to address the Parish Council or make representations about items on the agenda; priority is given to queries communicated in advance to the Clerk. Members of the public are welcome to stay for the whole meeting but will only be permitted to speak during the meeting with the approval of the Chair. District & County Councillor Reports will be received at the conclusion of the Public Forum.

4. To hear representations from candidates for Co-Option
5. To resolve to exclude the public and media to discuss confidential items relating to individuals and confidential financial matters in accordance with The Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960
6. To discuss candidates for Co-Option; after which the public/press will be readmitted
7. To vote on candidates for Co-Option
8. To advise the successful candidate and invite them to sign their declaration of office and join the Council panel
