NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the next ordinary meeting of the Parish Council is to be held on: Thursday 24 October 2024 commencing with the Public Forum at 7:30pm in the Theddlethorpe Village Hall, Silver Street. Parish Councillors are hereby summoned to attend.

Public Forum – An opportunity for members of the public to address the Parish Council or make representations about items on the agenda; priority is given to queries communicated in advance to the Clerk. Members of the public are welcome to stay for the whole meeting but will only be permitted to speak during the meeting with the approval of the Chair. iv) To consider the Council taking over the costs of the Green Waste bin for St Helens
v) To consider purchasing additional litter picking kit for community use

Consideration of a request to support a Traffic Regulation Order as follows: the request from a local resident near Kent Avenue, Mablethorpe and Meers Bank, Mablethorpe, for an amendment to reduce the current speed limits to 30mph and that the angle of the Junction to Kent Avenue be reconfigured and the vegetation taken back due to the number of historic accidents at this location
