11 May Ordinary Meeting
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the next ordinary meeting of the Parish Council is to be held on: Thursday 11 May 2023 commencing with the Public Forum at 7:30pm in the Theddlethorpe Village Hall, Silver Street.
Parish Councillors are hereby summoned to attend.

Public Forum – An opportunity for members of the public to address the Parish Council beginning with queries communicated in advance to the Clerk. Members of the public are welcome to stay for the whole meeting but will only be permitted to speak during the meeting with the approval of the Chair. District & County Councillor Reports will be received at the conclusion of the Public Forum.

iii) Adoption of Policies: retention scheme, publication scheme, co-option policy
iv) Consideration of where to site the BID planters and benches longer term
v) Consideration of the planting of a tree to mark the King’s coronation
vi) Adoption of meeting dates for the remainder of 2023/24
7. Financial Matters
i) Payments made by Standing Orders since January’s meeting:
Monthly wages for Clerk January through April to pay on 28th of each month @ £205.92 per month.
ii) Approval of Payments according to schedule:
(1) Reimbursement to Clerk total £447.96
(2) T Taylor Grass Cutting total £400.00
(3) LALC total £378.46
(4) ICO £40.00
