DRAFT Minutes of the Annual Parish Council meeting held on Thursday, 21 May 2026, opened at 19:15.
Theddlethorpe Village Hall, Silver Street, Theddlethorpe All Saints.
Parish Councillors: Cllrs N Barker, S Goodley, L White, R Aldrich, B Swift (arrived 19:18), A Spink, M Crookes, J Bowers, A Beet, K Simpson, and D Sear (arrived 19:17)

Item 05AM/26-01 Current Chair’s Welcome
Cllr N Barker welcomed the 4 members of the public to the Village Hall.
Item 05AM/26-02 Election of Chair
RESOLVED that Cllr N Barker is re-elected as Chair; the additional declaration of office was signed.
Item 05AM/26-03 Election of Vice-Chair
RESOLVED that Cllr M Crookes is re-elected as Vice-Chair; the additional declaration of office was signed.

Item 05AM/26-05 Declarations of Interest: None.
Item 05AM/26-06 Reconfirmation of Staffing Committee
Cllrs A Spink, A Beet, B Swift, D Sear and K Simpson were reconfirmed.
Item 05AM/26-07 Reconfirmation of Finance Committee
R Aldrich, N Barker, and M Crookes were reconfirmed. Cllr L White stood down and was replaced by Cllr J Bowers.
