No members of the public were present and no public forum was held.

Item 06EO/23-02 Apologies and acceptance of absence
Apologies were accepted from Cllr L White
Item 06EO/23-03 Declarations of Pecuniary Interest from members in accordance with Localism Act 2011
None.
Item 06EO/23-04 To consider the appointment of a new Internal Auditor for the 2022/23 AGAR
The qualifications of three Internal Auditors (JS, BK, and MB) were presented to the councillors along with their costs in random order. The council RESOLVED to appoint BK to the task. The clerk will pursue the audit with immediate effect.
The meeting was closed at 18:33
