Item 05AM/23-01 Interim Chair’s Welcome
The Interim Chair welcomed the 20 parishioners to the Village Hall.
Item 05AM/23-02 Election of Chair
Resolved that Cllr K Simpson is elected as Chair; the additional declaration of office was signed.
Item 05AM/23-03 Election of Vice-Chair
Resolved that Cllr N Barker is elected as Vice-Chair; the additional declaration of office was signed.
Item 05AM/23-04 Apologies for Absence
Apologies accepted from Cllrs D Sear and H Cox.
Item 05AM/23-05 Declarations of Interest
None.
Item 05AM/23-06 Formation of Staffing Committee
Cllrs N Barker, A Spink, and S Goodley agreed to form this committee; Cllr D Sear will join them.
Item 05AM/23-07 Formation of Finance Committee
Cllrs L White, R Aldrich, and M Crookes will be the first to sign up to new banking mandates; Cllr D Sear will join them at a later date.
