THEDDLETHORPE PARISH COUNCIL ANNUAL MEETING
Minutes of the annual meeting held on Thursday, 19 May 2022, opened at 20:56 pm following the Annual Parish Meeting. Theddlethorpe Village Hall, Silver Street, Theddlethorpe All Saints.

Item 05AM/22-01 Vice-Chair’s Welcome
The Vice-Chair welcomed the 17 members of the public (MOPs) to the Village Hall.
Item 05AM/22-02 Election of Chair
Resolved that Cllr C Richardson is re-elected as Chair.
Item 05AM/22-03 Election of Vice-Chair (if required)
Resolved that Cllr B Lister is re-elected as Vice-Chair.
Item 05AM/22-04 Election of RFO
Resolved to pass Administrative RFO functions to the Clerk.
Resolved to establish a Finance Committee, consisting of the bank account signatories, to handle the banking matters and approval of payments. This partially on account of the Clerk’s dual nationality status and the complexities this adds to banking.

None. Chair reminded those present to ensure their DPI forms were up to date.
Item 05AM/22-07 Review of Standing Orders and New Policies
Chair advised the PC would be reviewing one policy per month from July to ensure all were relevant and in date. Standing Orders, Financial Orders and Code of Conduct will be drafted by the Clerk with Councillor input and these will be circulated via email to all Councillors prior to the monthly meeting on 26 May.

Now will comprise the Finance Committee. Chair and Cllr C Lister were confirmed; Cllr J Sheppard to be queried if they are still willing to undertake the role otherwise a third Councillor will be recruited
