NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that an EXTRAORDINARY meeting of the Parish Council is to be held on Thursday 08 October 2026 commencing at 6:30pm with the Public Forum in the Theddlethorpe Village Hall, Silver Street. Parish Councillors are hereby summoned to attend.
AGENDA
Public Forum – An opportunity for members of the public to address the Parish Council or make representations about items on the agenda; priority is given to queries communicated in advance to the Clerk. Members of the public are welcome to stay for the whole meeting but will only be permitted to speak during the meeting with the approval of the Chair.

3. Declarations of Pecuniary Interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
4. To consider a Planning Application: Application reference 01486/26/RVC; Section 73 application to remove condition no. 2 (occupancy) previously approved under planning permission ref. no. E/180/123/78 for erection of a bungalow in connection with existing farm. Slates Farm Rotten Row Theddlethorpe Lincolnshire LN12 1NX
3. To resolve to exclude the public and media to discuss confidential items relating to individuals and confidential financial matters in accordance with The Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960
a) To receive an update and plan a course of action in relation to the HMRC issues raised in the Clerk’s Report of 24 September 2026; costs consideration not to exceed £1000 may be resolved.
