NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the next ordinary meeting of the Parish Council is to be held on Thursday 4 December 2025 commencing at 7:30pm with the Public Forum in the Theddlethorpe Village Hall, Silver Street. Parish Councillors are hereby summoned to attend. AGENDA
Public Forum – An opportunity for members of the public to address the Parish Council or make representations about items on the agenda; priority is given to queries communicated in advance to the Clerk. Members of the public are welcome to stay for the whole meeting but will only be permitted to speak during the meeting with the approval of the Chair. District & County Councillor Reports will be received at the conclusion of the Public Forum.

iv) To resolve siting of the additional defibrillators
v) To resolve purchasing solar lighting for the incoming cabinets
vi) To resolve to accept the External Auditor’s reply on our AGAR for 2024/25
vii) To review and resolve the updated Risk Register
