Item APM/23-01 Chair’s Welcome
The Chair opened the meeting at 18:45 and welcomed the parishioners to the meeting.
Item APM/23-02 Discussion and Representations
2a. Update on National Grid Decommissioning Process
The Clerk read aloud an update received, following on from the National Grid’s representatives visiting the parish and presenting to residents on 1st December 2022.
2b. Viking Carbon Capture proposal (formerly V-Net Zero)
The Clerk presented the slides provided by Harbour Energy. A robust discussion ensued about the concerns expressed by residents on this, and other schemes, proposed for the former gas terminal site.
2c. Phone box on The Wong
The Clerk advised that the ownership of the phone box was acquired on behalf of the Parish Council and that a programme of refurbishment would be undertaken.
Item APM 23-03 Financial Report
Presented the accounts to date, noting the AGAR was completed and ready to send to the Internal Auditor once resolved by the new Councillors.
There being no further business, the Chair closed the meeting at 19:47.
