STAFFING COMMITTEE
Minutes of the Staffing committee meeting held on Thursday, 25 September 2025, opened at 19:00 at Theddlethorpe Village Hall, Silver Street, Theddlethorpe All Saints.

Item SC09/25-01 Election of a Committee Chair
It was RESOLVED to re-elect Cllr A Spink as Chair of the Staffing Committee
Item SC09/25-02 Apologies and acceptance of absence
None. Cllr Barker resigned his position on the Committee to maintain best practise that the Council Chairman not be a member of this committee.
Item SC09/25-03 Declarations of Pecuniary Interest from members in accordance with Localism Act 2011
None
Item SC09/25-04 To resolve to exclude the public and media to discuss confidential items relating to individuals and confidential financial matters in accordance with The Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960:
Resolved, with exception to allow the Clerk’s Representative to remain in the room
A) To receive the Clerk’s Appraisal and consider recommendations, if any: Cllr Spink updated the Committee on the appraisal and elaborated on the actions the Clerk will undertake over the next 12 months.
B) To consider implementing the annual NJC pay increase for the Clerk: The Committee RESOLVED to implement this, a £9.60 pcm increase, with £48 backpay to 1 April 2025.
