All meetings are held at the Village Hall, Silver Street, Theddlethorpe, from 7:30pm unless otherwise advised.

The first meeting of the 2025/26 Civic Year will be held on 22 May 2025 and will include the Annual Parish Council Meeting.
The Parish Council monthly meetings begin with a maximum 15 minute Public Forum; if you wish to raise an issue during the forum, please contact the Parish Clerk in advance via email. Questions asked on the night will be responded to as time permits.
